I see a half-transfigured shark… Viktor Krum, is that you?
Potter withdrawal makes me see things.
Movie Log: [ The Perks of Being a Wallflower ]
shared via WordPress.com
I’d been looking forward to seeing this movie ever since discovering that Emma Watson and Logan Lerman – of Harry Potter and Percy Jackson fame, respectively – were going to be in it. And it was well worth the wait…
After Potter [09.27.12]
Got my copy of The Casual Vacancy today.
I haven’t started reading yet, because I just watched The Perks of Being a Wallflower earlier and I really want to focus on writing a decent review for it before I actually get started on this. I’m not a very good multitasker, see, so I’d much prefer to save the book for the weekend. Less distractions. I hope.
Sweet Treats [09.27.12]
From Harry Potter: The Exhibition, courtesy of my uncles. (Thank you again for the pasalubong!)
Already tore the plastic off the box of Bertie Bott’s Every Flavor Beans, but I haven’t eaten any yet. Nor have I dared to tear open the Chocolate Frog.
But don’t worry. I will. Soon. (Hmm, I wonder who’s on my Wizard Card…)

The Grand Scheme of Things [09.01.12]
I initially thought to crop out the skyline, but then I realized that its minuteness beneath the big, blue sky lends some sense of… scale, perhaps? As the cliche goes, the world is a very big place, and we are but small specks in the grand scheme of things.
My photoblog has a new home - go check it out! :)
5 Years (and 3 Albums) Later [09.30.11]
The first time I watched Westlife in concert was on September 4, 2006 during their Face to Face tour. Heck, I was in first year college then. And yes, I stashed the old ticket someplace. As you can see, the print has almost completely faded. This photo is more for posterity’s sake.
I must say, the lads look better than ever. Till next time, Shane, Mark, Kian & Nicky! (But please let it be sooner. Another five years is a long time to wait.)
*Correction: That’s four albums later, not three. I thought Face to Face came after The Love Album (not pictured above). Silly me.
I thought they’d be back, but alas, their final Farewell Concert at Croke Park is tomorrow. Thank you for the music, Westlife.
A Fresh Attempt at Blogging/Writing
A great wizard once said that words are our most inexhaustible source of magic. (I’m hoping you know who that is.) Lately, though, I’ve felt like a Muggle. Or a Squib, more like. The inkwell for this quill has been drying up, so to speak.

Not Snow [06.16.12]
I like how this looks to be a snowy landscape when in fact it’s not.

Faux Anglia [06.12.12]
It’s actually a Mini Cooper model that my little cousin had in his pocket the other day. For someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I thought it looked like the Weasleys’ Ford Anglia at first glance.

Follow my photoblog, yes? :D
Sputnik Replica [06.09.12]
Had to delete my previous post because I mistakenly uploaded this photo here instead of my photoblog. :D Sorry!
Feel free to browse through this tumblelog, or head over to Flickr and check out my photosets! Like my Facebook page if you still haven’t, and share if you will!
Le hannon! (That’s thank you in Elvish.)

That pinakbet pizza was delicious, by the way. ;9
